Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition.
My shop accepts order cancellation before item has shipped. Buyer is responsible for making requests within this timeframe.

Buyers in the EU have the right to withdraw (cancel or return) an order within 14 days of delivery, unless you inform them of a valid exception. Add the required withdrawal form and any related terms and conditions.
